Higher Education – How to Get Scholarships

The application for the Excelsior Scholarship Program is now open for applications covering spring 2011. Eligibility is determined by filling out an application on line with the appropriate links. Applications can be mailed, faxed or provided in person. Application fees are non-refundable and acceptance is competitive.
